A small camo'ed Lock & Lock.
Many years ago Rt 7 went right through the middle of Lenox. To speed up traffic, the bypass was built.
The bypass was a new section of Rt 7 that went around Lenox to join Rt 20 and became a four lane divided highway where 7 & 20 now ran together. The old Rt 7 became 7A.
It all worked well but there already were roads here. The bypass created some bazaar intersections, dead end roads, closed sections of road and sidewalks that no longer went anywhere.
I strongly recommend that you use the posted parking coordinates and don't park on the bypass, you'll get a ticket if you do.
