As part of the 2012 Explore Quinte West event we are hosting a CITO in Centennial Park. It cannot be logged until the afternoon of May 12, starting at 3 pm. Garbage bags and gloves will be provided at the starting point (Ampitheatre). You will be required to bring any other equipment you might need. We will provide hand sanitizer.
CITO is a great way to say thank you for letting us use your trails, tromp thru your woods, sit on your benches, wander your streets, and enjoy your parks :)
Centennial Park is host to the Duncan McDonald Community Arena, Ampitheatre, public marina, splash pad, skate park, play equipment and a paved waterfront trail that runs throughout the park and hooks up with downtown Trenton. There are lots of different activities and events held at the park year round. There is lots of parking available.
To log your CITO please sign the logsheet at the Ampitheatre. Please bring any garbage you collect back to the Ampitheatre area so we can dispose of it. Also remember SAFETY..do not pick up anything you are unsure of.
