Geocache Description:

It's been changed , as the old cache was bulldozed under. It's now a lock n lock container.

In this cemetery, is the mass grave of 90 Missourians who died in the Battle of Cole Camp. You can see a picture of the marker in the gallery for this site. It's pretty much due west of the cache.

I have a cache at the memorial for that battle, also.(GC3GPT4)

The founder of Cole Camp is buried here too.

You will notice some small wooden structures , and an outhouse as you go in. The structures are to hold up tables , as this cemetery is part of a tour , given by a local historian on occasion.

My brother and nephew will help me maintain this cache. Permission was granted by the lead member of the Board of Directors. His name is on a paper by the old church that's there.
