Geocache Description:


This part of the Kaikorai Stream is well worth a visit even if the walk is quite short. It is a good example of what community effort can achieve. Amongst others Kaikorai College, Mornington Methodist and the Otago Regional Council have had a role in improving the riparian margin here in this largely industrial area. It would be great to see this project extend above and below here!
