THE GOLDEN SPUR Traditional Cache
IthacaDoodle: I thought it likely that this would be muggled, but Tundra Wolf is right that the vegetation has simply grown up to disguise this golden decon. I removed the cache today since the environment was not what I had intended and was causing trouble for folks.

This golden decon container will lead you on your way to the East Hill Walkway (aka Golden Ammo Can Trail of Ithaca).
We were excited to see Cache Lover's commemorative Golden Ammo Can go up recently, bringing to five the number of GACs on the East Hill Walkway. This decon marks an alternative entrance to the trail at the top of a side spur segment with streetside parking for about six cars nearby. From here you will have easy access to the GACs for IthacaDoodle (May 2008), Vanelle (January 2009), NYPaddleCacher (May 2010), WeekendSeeker (October 2011), and Cache Lover (April 2012).
This spot also marks the turn-around location at the top of the hill on one of our bike routes, so we will be by frequently to check on it.
