This trail generally follows the waterline, built in the 1800's by teams of workman using pick and shovel.Today the trail is part of the Virginia River Trail by the Grand Concourse and can be accessed by Winsor Lake ,Viscount St. or Eldeberry Pl off Airport Heights Dr.
