Just 15 minutes or so up quite a steep hill, at about 371' above sea-level, close to the very picturesque village of Dittisham in Devon. The cache is hidden close to a well-marked public footpath. Good views to be had of the River Dart, both up and down stream.
The cache is hidden close to a well-marked public footpath, once it turns off a track into a field, close to a gate that borders the same field.
The cache is a clear plastic box and contains a log book and writing implements. The initial contents also include a pair of 3D glasses!
Note, this has been moved 6 ft from the location mentioned in the hints section. Although the person who shifted it said it was a badger hole, I think they might have mistaken the fresh earth that was dug to enlarge the hiding place by me as being done by a badger!
