The Coordinates are the center point of a square with an obvious hiding spot on each of the four corners. The cache can be found at one of the four corners. When the cache is located, you can replace it in the same location or in one of the other three corners.
This is definitely a high muggle area depending on the time and day. Please use stealth when retrieving and replacing this cache. This is a micro cache with only a log, please bring your own writing utensil.
I was informed this area is only open to the public during business hours otherwise it is private property signs are posted with this information at the entrances. (Thanks for the tip mboensch) I have updated the attributes to only search for this one during business hours. Thanks!
