Update 4/18/2012: My sincere apologies to the folks who have gone looking for this and have had such difficulty. It was never meant to be difficult, tricky, hard or devious. That being said, it was never meant to be a Park N' Grab either. Yes, there are lots of spots to check, but there is a safety line in place to make sure the container does not migrate. I have increased the ratings to appease those who feel cheated by having to spend time searching for a cache despite the Geocache Rating system giving it 2 stars.
