This is a pretty flat location and should be OK for wheelchairs as long as the occupier can move from chair for retrieval
There is a logbook and pencil and 3 small swaps in there. The cache is named after dad. He was always sprinting down the platform to catch the last train as it was moving out! It's his birthday and if you look at the pub sign you will get the idea.
