Cerkev je enoladijska s strešnim zvonikom nad vhodno fasado. Renesančen kamnit portal s trikotnim čelom in pinijevi storži ima na prekladi dvojni ščitkast grb in napis: RAYMUNDUS D.G. ABBAS ADMONTENSIS ANNO MDCLXXIII. Pravokotna okna so zamrežena z diagonalnimi mrežami. Zvonove line so biforne. Notranjščina je obokana s križnimi oboki, zakristijo pokriva banja. Oprema je baročna. Prižnico krasijo slike štirih evangelistov (Matej, Marko, Luka in Janez) in pozlačeno baročno okrasje. Glavni oltar je delo Jožefa Holzingerja, znanega baročnega kiparja na slovenskem Štajerskem in enega vodilnih baročnih kiparjev v lesu na Slovenskem. V glavnem oltarju je slika sv. Kunigunde. Vrhnji del oltarja krasijo baročni angeli, ob straneh sta dva kipa: sv. Katarina in sv. Barbara. Cerkev - kapelo so verjetno postavili na griču nad Gradiško v 13. stol. Podrejena je bila pražupniji v Jarenini, ki je bila ustanovljena v 12. stol. Prvotno kapelo so povečali v cerkev, gradnja se je pričela v letu 1673. Cerkev so kasneje še večkrat obnovili. Je tipična arhitektura 17. stol., ki hrani v sebi prvotno sakralno zgradbo iz 13. stol. Arhitekturo dopolnjuje kvalitetna oprema, odlikuje pa jo tudi lokacija na vzpetini nad dolino.

The church has one nave roof with tower above the entrance facade. Renaissance stone portal with a triangular pediment and pine cones on the lintel has a double coat of arms and inscription: RAYMUNDUS D.G. ABBAS ADMONTENSIS ANNO MDCLXXIII. Rectangular windows are latticed with diagonal networks. The interior is vaulted with cross vaults, covers the vestry bath. The equipment is baroque. Pulpit adorned with images of the four evangelists (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) and gilded baroque decoration. The main altar is the work of Joseph Holzinger, a famous Baroque sculptor in the Slovenian part of Styria and one of the leading Baroque sculptors in wood in Slovenian. The main altar is a painting of St. Kunigunda. The top part of the altar is adorned with baroque angels, at the sides are two statues: St. Catherine and St. Barbara. Church - chapel was built on the Gradišča hill probably in the 13th century. Subordinate to the parish in Jarenina, which was founded in the 12th century. Originally the chapel was increased in the church. Building began in the year 1673. The church was later rebuilt several times. Architecture is a typical 17th century, that holds within itself the original sacral building from the 13th century. Architecture complements the high quality equipment, featuring the well location on a hill overlooking the valley.
