Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in the same spot as the old cache "Nana's rock pond". It had washed away in the floods of 2010 and we never got to replace it. We figured we would create a new cache instead of unarchiving since it's been 2 years.

The cache is a rubbermaid style container big enough for small and medium items.

This is a nice little are to visit with the kids. It is a man made cistern that the State Forest Fire Fighters would draft from in case of a fire. This is also where Nana brings the girls for a walk. Small children should use caution as the cistern is fairly deep. Be sure to visit all of the other caches in the area.

Best entrance is off of High St in Assonet.
