This cache is located at the base of Nicky Nook. A film cannister. Please use the parking co-ordinates even if you are finding the cache as a drive by.
A cache which can be found as part of the Wyresdale Wander series, on it's own, as a drive by, or as part of the Nicky Nook or Scorton Circular series'. Scorton is on the banks of the River Wyre and is particularly fortunate in its location, being only a short way from the A6 and yet on the edge of the Forest of Bowland which is a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. We recommend finding the Nicky Nook caches from east to west, starting at Mark's Bench and ending here, as it is an easier walk and has better views.
