Ahoy, landlubbers! Yes, we know it really should be spelled "Aweigh", but we prefer this lightweight version. Despite the nautical theme, you won't need to don your wellies or get out the kayak to do this cache.
This is a multi within a puzzle. The puzzle part is simple: just locate the object pictured above, which is "away" from its natural habitat. This is the first waypoint. Once you have that anchorage established, the rest should be smooth sailing (in a manner of speaking).
At the first waypoint, take a look at the plaque. Take note of the third digit of the year the boat caught fire. This digit is A. Note also the last digit of the year the boat was dismantled. This digit is H. Now, head down the pathway for a distance of 300m in a WNW direction. Here you should find another plaque.
On this plaque, find the digital root of the year of the poet's death. This digit is B. Now, head SSW along the pathway for 75m, where you should find a sign.
On the sign, count the number of words in the sentence that starts with "Ice". This number is C. Next, walk about 300m ESE along the pathway, where you should find another plaque.
On this plaque, there are three years mentioned. Find the last digit of the second year (in order of appearance, not necessarily in chronological order). This digit is D. Also, find the difference between the first and second years (again in order of appearance). This number is E. Now, continue walking in an ESE direction alongside the roadway. It will curve to the south, and soon you should see a playground. At the playground, you should see - you guessed it - yet another plaque.
On this plaque, you should see two numbers. Note the first digit of the smaller number. This digit is F. Finally, sum the two numbers and find the digital root. This number is G.
You have now finished your little tour of the grounds, and are ready to proceed to the cache. It's located at:
N45 2A.BCD W75 4E.FGH
Go get it! The cache contains only a log sheet, so BYOP. Please be discreet when searching for and replacing it, as muggles are frequent in the area. Please note the terrain rating! The cache can be reached from the pathway level - there is no need to climb down the embankment.
