OtisPug Tribute Puzzle Mystery Cache
Dread_Pirate_Bruce: It seemed like a good idea to create a very difficult puzzle with several stages and challenges. However, it was too difficult for most players and parts kept disappearing. So, it is time to say goodbye.

THE CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES
This cache is a tribute to the deviously challenging caches hidden by the OtisPug, perhaps the best cache hider ever. I have tried to provide a challenge comparable to some of his.
You will need to do some desk work and some field work and finding the cache may take several outings. Nothing about the puzzle is particularly evil, though some effort will be involved. I have given it the rating I did because there are a number of things you will have to do or solve and some of the solutions will require you to be very precise. The terrain is not particularly rough, either, but the terrain rating reflects the fact that you will have to do some driving.

To find A, go to the location of the Fraternal Order of Eagles building at 13018 West Washington Blvd. There you will see the lodge number. You can even see it using certain map apps. The digit you seek is exactly 24 inches to the right of the right edge of the letter "E". *
* This is one of the places that requires precision because if you pick the wrong digit, you will go to a spot where information is likely to await you, but you won't find anything that actually helps you. You may, however, find things that lead you on a wild goose chase. (The same goes for several other elements of the puzzle where precision is required.)
