Geocache Description:

A relaunched "How many arches" with a twist. The old one went missing and was always liable to muggle activity...............this one is safe from muggles. How to rate this one???
I struggled and look forward to your opinions on how it should be rated.

A cache in an urban area of Exeter, surrounded by the new lies the old. Looking at the old Victorian maps, I believed it was an old reservoir, now I am led to believe it to be a water tower?

Well, they don't come much more awkward than this!! Find it....get to it.....avoid the muggles!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!

Plenty of parking nearby, cash points, shops and food places. How many arches has this old building got, the more you look, the more you see. You will need specialist equipment for this.
