Future plans for this soon-to-be out-of-business property include transformation into North Carolina's own Chinatown. The owner initially wanted to build a multi-level luxury 5-star hotel, but the local powers that be vetoed that idea.
This should be an easy (for the astute) park and grab. Please bring your own pen. Do not disassemble or pry anything open!!!

Please remember that SNAKES, TICKS, SPIDERS, and POISON IVY could lurk around the cache area. Watch your step and be careful!!
