Inga attended a dance celebrating the new year and had a chance to chat with her neighbors. Everyone was enjoying the time with their friends and the opportunity to kick up their heels a bit. Ole was their with his sister Freja since Lena was feeling under the weather and Freja’s husband also had a cold. Greta was their by herself since her husband was out on the ice roads with Sven hauling timber.
During the course of the evening the friends discovered that everyone had painted their homes different colors last fall. That, coupled with the fact that everyone had a different dance they preferred made for some lively conversation.
