The Higashiyama sky tower is a view tower established as an annex in Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens in Nagoya.
This was built in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Nagoya City in 1989. Height is 134m.
The character of Higashiyama Sky Tower is called "Noppy".
