You're looking for the usual cache made up of 3 rocks, a film cansiter and a single rock on top.
This cache is the dedicated to the area in Australia know as Pine Gap. Pine Gap is virtually a replication of Area 51 with the exception that Satellite communications and the Echelon Project for the Indian Ocean and Western Pacific are downlinked here. It’s also rumoured that an antenna goes directly down into the earth 5km to enable communication on Very Low Frequencies to submarines. Pine Gap is virtually in the dead center of Australia making it the ideal location for such operations.
