Geocache Description:

Los bosques de ribera –que sombreaban el agua de los ríos con chopos, sauces y olmos– están entre los más perjudicados por la acción del hombre.

El parque de la Rambleta, en el barrio de San Marcelino, reproduce este tipo de vegetación en torno a dos estanques entre los que circula el agua. Es un homenaje al barranco que drenaba esta zona de l’Horta y a los ingenios que lo aprovechaban, como el molino harinero del Tell. Es también un jardín con ambiciones culturales: se está construyendo un centro cultural, que incluye un teatro de 600 butacas. Y deportivas, porque dispone de piscina y de terrenos de juego para diferentes deportes.

Entrada Gratuita.
Horario: de 10 de la mañana hasta el anochecer, según temporada.

Micro camuflado. Parece obvio el lugar donde puede estar escondido viendo la localización, pero mejor si buscais a la sombra. El os resguardará de la lluvia. Respetad en la medida de lo posible el camuflaje. Tendreis que llevar vuestro propio lapiz para firmar. No subais fotos spoiler. Gracias.

Riverside forests, which shaded the river water with poplars, willows and elms, are among those most affected by the action of man.

The Rambleta park in the neighborhood of San Marcelino, reproduces this type of vegetation around two ponds between the flowing water. It is a tribute to the ravine that drained the area of L'Horta and the mills that took advantage, as the flour mill of the Tell.

It is also a garden with cultural ambitions: it is building a cultural center, which includes a 600-seat theater. And sports, because it has a swimming pool and playgrounds for different sports.

Free Entrance. Hours: From 10 am to sunset.
