Geocache Description:

This is my first cache...real close to home, and not too far from the new Expo Line Light Rail station at La Brea and Exposition.

The Expo Light Rail Line opens on April 28th, and you can ride it for free on April 28th and 29th when you come looking for this cache! This station is on Phase I of the light rail line, which stretches 8.6 miles from Downtown LA to Culver City. Eventually when Phase II is built, the whole line will extend all the way to Santa Monica. A great way to explore the city!!!

There's a TAP card with a Metro Day Pass on it for FTF!

While I encourage cachers to ride the Expo Line when trying to find this cache, this is an easy park and grab. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED TO BE ON THE TRACKS!!

My original hide was closer to the station but due to the rules and nature of geocaching, I needed to change the spot. So, this is a bit further into my neighborhood, but not far. We almost bought the single story house right nearby on the corner, but in the end we ended up somewhere else in the neighborhood a couple blocks away.
