This should be a fairly simple two stage multi.
First Stage will take you to a stone with some information about the park. Read this sign to get the needed information to get you to the second and final stage.
To get the North coords, find the first digit of the year that Stephen graduated from any one of the three schools. Subract that number from the North Coordinates.
To get the West Coordinates, take the number of developments, and add 127 to it, this will give you the west coordinates - 096 40.ABC
You will be looking for a nano, its quite a reach. There are moveable items in the area that may help you make the grab.
