This is a cache located in James Anderson Park which is located in the Eastview neighborhood of Saskatoon. It is named after James Anderson who emigrated to Canada from Scotland in 1911. He was with the Canadian Army from 1915 to 1919 and served in France during World War I.
He served as City Clerk from 1943 to 1955. He and his family lived at 816 Avenue C North. The Library Collections has several photographs of James Anderson in the General Photographs Collection.

This park contains a ball diamond, basketball court, soccer fields, volleyball court, paddling pool, children's playground, walking paths, benches to sit along the path, picnic sites, a Recreation Unit, and a Concession stand.
