This cache is one of many that will be placed as part of the It's Bath Time series. I moved to Bath last August from East Lansing, and since resuming Geocaching, I feel like there are very few caches in the area. The ones that are placed are great caches; however, because there are very few, people aren't enticed to get out at I-69 Exit 92 and get them. Bath has a lot of history, especially in regards to the unfortunate events of the Bath School Disaster (Read more about it here). I encourage you to take some time and visit this quiet community. This series was designed to bring more caches (and people) to the area. Some will be quick park and grabs; for others, you will need to thoroughly look for them. Regardless, I hope you have fun. Welcome to Bath!
The cache is located in the parking lot of Bath Corners, the main shopping plaza in Bath. Southeast of the cache site used to be a Grocery Store. Still looking for a leaser, this area no longer has a local grocery store, as the nearest one would be Meijer in Dewitt or East Lansing (coming soon will be a Meijer in Bath Township near Saginaw & Marsh). The cache is a small lock-n-lock container with a logbook, pencil, and trinkets.
Congratulations to pack267 on the FTF!
