Geocache Description:

A Cache placed in a lovely woods where we reguarly walk our dogs. Small Loc & Loc container with log book and some small swaps BYOP.
There is a free car park at the entrance to the woods on Longwater Lane.

Having just moved back home to Norfolk, we love to walk our dogs in these woods. They are a lovely spot with plenty of bird life, good tracks - although they do get muddy - and a fair few dog walkers.

The cache is placed close to a main track. The terrain could be accessed while pushing a pushchair when the weather is dry but it can get a tad slippy underfoot after rain. Beware of muggle dog walkers too, there are quite a few people who enjoy walking in these woods as much as we do.
This cache is a small loc & loc container covered in black tape stuff. There is a log and a few small swaps inside. There is no pen or pencil so please bring your own.

At the time of placing, there are a lot of bluebells about to burst into flower so please be aware of these and try not to stomp them flat.

Although we have been caching for 3 years, our work has seen us move about the country a bit. Now we are back home and not planning on moving again so feel that we can get some caches set instead of just being 'finders'. This is our first hide (or pair of hides if you go and look for No. 2 as well). We hope that you enjoy walking in these pretty woods.

When placing, our GPS was pretty consistant as to the co-ords, despite some tree cover and a lot of cloud. If they are significantly out, please drop us a line and we will amend as necessary.
