A Micro on Top of Poplar Mountain Near a Vista Until the Trees Bloom Fully.

While Picking Up Some Caches Today I Wondered Why Nobody Placed Any On Top Of Poplar Mountain so I Follow Some Orange Markers to the Top.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CAP IS ON TIGHT!!!!!!
