You're Looking for a Bison Tube in a residential area. Muggles are Everywhere!
When i was young we used to play in the woods near this cache. The Older Kids had a "Story" about the Evil Fat Man who liked Eat little children. The Hill where this cache is was as far we were were brave enough to go.
Of course later we figured out that it was a "Story" told to the younger Kids to keep us out of the woods, where they has a secret cabin built...
