Geocache Description:

Jack Evans Boat Harbour is at the mouth of the Tweed River.
Jack Evans was a champion lifesaver saving many swimmers. He netted the harbour to make it safe from sharks. He built the ocean baths at Burleigh Heads and Snapper Rocks and opened the iconic Jack Evans 'pet porpoise pool'.

Recently the Jack Evans Boat Harbour has undergone a $8 million dollar facelift. Visitors enjoy timber boardwalks, stone and steel sculptures and reformed beach. Picnic tables, benches, BBQs and children's playground make it a great family destination.

I've had trouble keeping this cache. I think this is the 5th!
The cache contains a log only, you'll need to bring a pen.
Please replace it carefully back into the same spot so it remains hidden.
