Geocache Description:


This depression in a cone-shaped piece of land between Aldersbrook Road and Centre Road is widely held to be an unfinished man-made pond similar to other structures on the Flats.

Some maintain however, that it is the remains of a WW2 bomb crater into which a United Dairies Milk delivery vehicle had fallen when one witness saw it the next morning from the top deck of a 101.
