Geocache Description:

The Dragon's T(R)ail originally placed by Pendragon, we have now adopted the four which remain the other six have been archived over the years. We have changed the start due to access restrictions and have also added some more caches to trail which is over some varied and difficult terrain at times please bear this in mind when attempting.
There are a variety of cache containers you will need to bring a pen and a tweezers will come in handy.

Park somewhere near No1 where the trail starts and finishes we strongly recommend the trail is done in numerical order. After completing #1 continue up the lane turning left before the tunnel up the track and then turn right crossing over the top of the tunnel continue on this track where it will eventually bring you to a stile cross over and continue up the hill to another stile on your left
Now you can enjoy our trail across the countryside on your way to Mynydd Dimlaith after completing #4 pine tree you will arrive at a stile in the far r/h corner of the field now turn right up the lane and then left at the next gate. After #5 two stiles you are heading for the electricity pylon in the distance where there is a stile, please note there is are two stiles missing on the way to the electricity pylon replaced with small rusty gates to the electricity pylon. After completing #6 the lizard the trail will lead you to #7 the stream after completing cross over the stream go up slightly then bear to the left onto a trail parallel to the stream where you will come to an old stile cross over and continue up to #8 Castle View. The remainder of the trail is straight forward we hope you enjoy the Dragons T(r)ail and our caches please leave favotite points if you enjoy them, thier location or the view.

In the summer months the bracken and brambles on Mynydd Dimlaith does get a little wild also use caution as some of the fields on the way may have horses or cattle in them.
