Please keep dogs on a lead due to livestock. There is parking for a couple of cars by the little bridge or park in the trackway entrance nr GZ.
From the little road bridge, you can see Nant Clettwr. 'Clettwr' is Welsh for “rough water” and the name pretty accurately sums up this little tributary of the River Elan. It tumbles down a mountain slope in a narrow gorge, secretly shrouded by steep sides and a canopy of trees, before flowing into the reservoir. Free WiFi available at the visitor's centre.
