This cache is hidden along a concrete walking path above the Redondo Beach strand. There's metered parking along Esplanade, and by Veteran's Park and Miramar Park, and free parking begins a block inland away from the strand.
The cache is located near the Avenue C lifeguard station, the main station on this stretch of the strand. Just north of here is the infamous Redondo Beach staircase, known to be a fundamental part of many Redondo residents' workouts. The constant presence of walkers, joggers, bikers and surfers requires your stealth and caution, a.k.a. try not to look to weird snooping around the bathrooms.
