Muscat, the Capital of Oman, is situated at the southern edge of the long stretch of coast called the Batinah, running NW-SE from the border with the UAE to the place where the Hajjar mountains plunge into the sea of the Gulf of Oman. The natural harbours created by the bays in between mountain ridges dropping into the blue coastal waters make for some breath-taking scenery. Small wonder that a number of such locations have been chosen to harbour sea-side hotels, offering the guests private beaches and some stunning views. Among them is the hotel near to the hiding spot of this cache. Its name means "the Garden" in Arabic.
The cache consists of a small camouflaged cylindrical container with a short silver chain on the lid. it contains a pencil and logbook. It is hidden on the edge of the gardens belonging to the hotel. As the location is quite visible for any muggles loitering in the gardens, some stealth is required as muggles have the nasty habit of turning up from the most unexpected corners.
