El gran día de Laura. Comienzo a las 00:00 h. Medianoche en Andratx.
500 Participantes, de esos solamente 27 mujeres.
Trailrun, pasar sobre rejas, gatear debajo de los arbustos, sobre caminos secos en piedras, con la ayuda de linternas en la noche.
Nosotros, el gruppo de ciclistas del “PV-Triathlon Witten”, queriamos llegar al “Monasterio de Lluc” (835 MA, 71 Km). Hicimos una pausa en la bajada a Pollensa en la piedra km N° 16al lado del Refugio Can Josep. A partir de aqui se dirige el sendero N° 6 hacia Sa Coma de Binifaldo.
Construímos un hombrecito con piedras e hicimos (14 CI.E=.CEA/5 ==B.EC.HBA), en Recuerdo por la Triathleta Antje Christ (nacida el 19.07.1974) un minuto de silencio. Todavía es inimaginable, que Antje murió así el 16.03.2004 por un accidente con su bicicleta.
Solamente 150 m más alto pasa el Trail y hay un máximo de 24 h para llegar a Pollensa.
En la noche a las 22 horas fuimos a Pollensa para animar a Laura en los últimos 5 Km. Los corredores salieron como las luciérnagas del bosque.
Es un deporte del nicho, que lamentablemente no tiene suficiente atención.
Laura lo logró, después de 23 horas y 32 minutos llegó cansada sobre la línea de llegada. Su cara brillaba de Felicidad.
El Dolor se va, el Orgullo queda!

Ein großer Tag: Start 00:00 Uhr . Mitternacht in Andratx .
ca. 500 Teilnehmer, davon nur wenige Frauen .
Trailrun, also über Zäune, unter Büsche herkrabbeln, über Stock und Stein, mit Hilfe einer Stirnlampe durch die Nacht.
Wir, die Radgruppe vom PV-Triathlon Witten, nehmen uns jedes Jahr Kloster Lluc vor (Tour: 835 HM, 71 km). Stopp machen wir immer auf der Abfahrt nach Pollensa am km/Stein Nr. 16 beim Refugi Can Josep. Ab hier führt der Wanderweg Nr. 6 nach Sa coma de Binifaldo.
Wir besuchen das Steinmännchen (14 CI.E=.CEA=/5 ==B.EC.HBA) und legten in Gedenken an die Triathletin Antje Christ (geb. 19.7.1974) eine Schweigeminute ein. Kaum vorstellbar, daß Antje hier am 16.3.2004 mit ihrem Rennrad tödlich verunglückte.
Nur 150 m höher führt der Trail vorbei und endet nach max. 24 Stunden in Pollensa.
Dieser Ultratrail ist eine Nieschensportart, die leider viel zu wenig Beachtung findet.

Trail running, which means jumping over fences, crawling under bushes, over rough and smooth, with her head lamp through the night.
Our bike group of PV-Triathlon Witten had set our sights on Abbey Lluc (835 meters of elevation gain, 71 km). We stopped at kilometer marker number 16 near the Refugi Can Josep during the decent to Pollensa. From this point, hiking trail number 6 leads to Sa Coma de Binifaldo.
We built a figure out of little rocks (14 CI.E=.CEA/5 ==B.EC.HBA) Eand observed a minute’s silence to commemorate fellow triathlete Antje Christ (born 07/19/1974). It is hardly conceivable that Antje was killed in an accident on her bike right at this spot on 03/16/2004.
The trail passes just 150 meter above this spot and ends after 24 hours of running in Pollensa.
We headed over to Pollensa at 10 PM to cheer Laura on during her last 5 kilometer to the finish line. The runners appeared like lightning bugs coming out of the woods.
Trail running is a niche sport which unfortunately does not attract enough attention.
Laura crossed the finish line tired but happy after 23 hours and 32 minutes. She smiled from side to side.
Pain is temporary, pride lasts forever.
