X-Mas in the park Traditional Cache

This cache serves two purposes:
1. For people that need a cache that begins with X, this cache is for you.
2. Don't need a cache with an X in the title, but really like to take a walk in the park, this cache is for you.
I know, I know! Some cachers hate this type of cache, but I did pick the smallest one that I could find. It shouldn't be hard at all.
