I've been fortunate enough to be a resident at this location for many years. It has been the location of many happy summer days (and even a few in the winter). Since it is a private community, I can't place a cache beyond the entrance. So, I got as close as I could.
I put the terrain on this one at a 3 because the location is on a two lane road and, while there is a place to park next to GZ, it is very small and some people may feel more comfortable parking on N47th just to the north and walking to GZ.
