Geocache Description:

One of the many old trig beacons around this area, probably has not been used for decades !.
An easy find in an undisturbed section of indigenous grassland with, on a clear day, stunning views of the N3 snaking its way up Town Hill.
This cache is within the registered Worlds View Conservancy and as such motor bikes are not allowed. MTBs are welcome as is anyone on foot.
Take nothing, just leave footprints.
Just be very aware of a deep sinkhole to the north of the beacon and snakes all around.........
Before you go, look up, there are a pair of Long Crested Eagles nesting nearby and their cry can often be heard.
The beacon is at 1065m AMSL.
Approach on foot from the parking coordinates.
