Geocache Description:

This cache is a humorous look at some of the Laws of Geocaching. If you cache long enough, you may start to realize that some (or all) of these are VERY true for yourself, and others you may know.

The Laws of Geocaching

  • It`s never in the last place you look. It`s in the first place you looked 15 minutes ago, but the sun was in your eyes and you didn't see it.
  • If you no longer mind being outside in the snow, sleet, hail, rain, wind, hurricane or tsunami - you need to do something about your geocaching addition
  • The things who come to those who wait, are the things that were left by the people that got there first
  • Multi-billion dollar technology is completely useless if you don't know how to use it
  • When everything is coming your way, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG LANE!!! TURN OFF THE GPS and pay attention to the road.
  • "Just a few more meters" never means just a few more meters...
  • A bad day of geocaching is still better than a great day of work
  • Bushwacking is the polite term used to describe stumbling around the in woods, tripping over things, and walking into poison ivy/stinging nettles
  • "But I thought YOU had a pen..." isn't a good excuse
  • ALWAYS mark the car!

The cache is a micro container that contains a log only, and was originally placed for the Brantford Geocaching Seminar on April 28th, 2012. It is one of three caches on a lovely series of trails. There is no need to approach the water and please stay safe. Also, BYOP.

And always remember: Happiness is yelling "FOUND IT!!"
