To get the co ordinates for the cache you will need to read Jess's story below.
Hiya my name is Jess,
I am the four pawed member of Us 4 and and Jess, today I went out for a walk with my Mam and Dad, I wanted to go to North Shields for a run on the beach but my people said it was not nice enough to go to the beach today as it was cold and raining.
They said if I jumped into the boot of the car and went for a five minute drive they would take me to Broompark Picnic Area for a run along the old railway lines.
When we got there I jumped out of the car and picked up the cache I was going to set (it is a small lock and lock but the biggest one I could carry!!) and off along the track I trotted, I check out three or four different places but I wasn't happy with them.
On our walk we passed a field of those four legged wool balls, usually when we see them my Dad puts me on my leader, not so that I don't chase them, so they don't chase me I am a sheep dog but I am frightened of sheep. (Shh that's a secret don't tell anyone) but today they were in a field below me so I held my head high and walked right past them very bravely.
I enjoyed plodging through half a dozen puddles as it was raining heavy, Mam and Dad were hiding under an umberella but I wasn't bothered about the rain and muddy puddles, nothing bothers me while I am out for a walk. (well except for those wool balls on legs.)
We only passed one lady on our walk she had three dogs, one of them looked like a C A T!!
Oh don't start me on cats ... do you know they have nine lives and thumbs? Fur balls with claws and thumbs!! Very nasty creatures if you ask me, one I wasn't sure what it was and the smallest one was a Westie.
Anyway on we plodded through the rain and the puddles and finally I found a place to hide the cache I was very proud of my self and with the help of my Dad the cache was hidden at my knee height.
I thought my Dad would have given me a treat for being such a good girl but he had nothing, I even sniffed his pockets to check nope NOTHING!!
Well I wasn't a happy Jessie I can tell you but my Mam told me I could have an extra one with my tea when I got home so that cheered me up.
Three times my Dad checked the number thingies in his yellow machine and when he was happy we set off back down the track to the car.
Oh I forgot to tell you it was my birthday last week, I was seventy in doggie years and I got lots of lovely presents from my Mam and Dad and two super new balls from my boy, he said they were ninety nine pence each!!
Well I have had a very busy day and now I am tired, I hope you enjoy the walk and my new cache.
Licks and woofs and waggly tails.
Jess xx
