Geocache Description:

This should be a fun cache to figure out. Not an ammo box or a micro. Sort of a combination of both of those with a twist. It's pretty easy to locate. I hope you enjoy figuring out my most unusual cache container. As the title mentions, this cache is dedicated to making discoveries with a friend. Also when I'm in dark creepy woods, I tend to carry a flashlight with me. The container does not require any manhandling, prying, or physical abuse. I hope it can last awhile.*BYOP*

So I started working on this cache 3 months ago. I wanted to build something that was interesting to open and get to the log book. It took me a few modifications and several trips to Lowe's to make this cache functional.

As I mentioned above, this cache is about sharing the experience with a friend or family member. My son, Noah, is my caching buddy. We built this cache and placed it together. We've had many memorable experiences geocaching and will remember some of those times for the rest of our lives. We thought we had the perfect place to put this cache and went to work. After spending 30 minutes securing it, we discovered "The Thing" cache was over the hill 52' away! I had done that cache but had no idea I was in the vicinity. We were bummed.

Well this park was our 2nd choice and is our favorite in town. Our dog loves to chase and bark at the ducks and geese. We located an area that is pretty easy to get to. I would recommend some bug spray. Lots of mosquitos, and I came away with a tick. There is some poison ivy around but can mostly be avoided. I would recommend entering the woods from the paved trail to the east to avoid unnecessary bushwhacking. I'm hoping everyone walks away from this cache with a smile on their face.

Also there is a prize for the FTF! So get after it and include pics in your logs if you can. I love seeing caching pictures, reading logs, and getting favorited if you are so inclined.

CONGRATS TO COUNTRY1919 FOR FTF. He apparently did this one alone without the suggested buddy. He turned a 3 star difficulty into a 5 star!

THE ONLY NECESSARY TOTT IS A FLASHLIGHT. USE OF ANY OTHER TOTT MAY CAUSE A MALFUNCTION.
