The Delaware Geocaching Commission thanks all the geocachers that have visited in the past year. We were suprised when we did the math that the C&D Canal Power trail has generated 66,000 finds!
This cache will be a departure from the jump out and grab caches on the power trail. You will need to WALK OVER 0.15 MILES to get this cache. You will be going along the top of an old dike for a dredge spoils area. To your right you can see where the canal splits with the old section going to Delaware City and the main canal going straight to reedy Point.
UPDATE MAY 2015 HIKE/BIKE PAVED TRAIL HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND NOW TAKES YOU ALMOST TO THIS CACHE.
This is a conventional old style geocache hide with enough room for swag or trackables.
