Geocache Description:

Cache is placed at Waverly Park Lookout, overlooking downtown Thunder Bay North, Waverly Park and the new Lakehead University Law School. The lookout was constructed in 1911. PACI closed in 2007 and will be the site of the new law faculty opening in 2013. The container is a small cammoed cigar tube accsesible from the viewing platform. Bring your own writing tool.

This cache was hidden for the Spring Cache Challenge. Do not look for it before 6pm, Friday, May 4, 2012!
