These caches are a thank you to all those who have found "finding rat root" series and some of the nearby caches. When you find your cache you may add or change the swag with your name on it. You may also change out the cache container except ammo cans which are tethered.
There is no easy route to finding these caches. They are placed in random and in no particular order.
Remember you are in the Boreal forest where we put our hands just about everywhere, but are always on the lookout for those furry animals, big and small.
There is cellphone services with the major carriers. Water is a must to bring with you.
To walk from the parking cache to the peninsula, along the trail, is just over 4 km. one way.
