We drive by all the time and there was never enough caches on this road. It's on my way home at 2 o'clock in the morning and I do my best thinking at night. I decided to add a cache overlooking the Molalla River for other thinkers like me. There's a nice place to sit and think, or just log your find.
I have had many people comment on the title and I figured I would explain....
When I was a kid and asking my parents a question that they figured I should know they would say" you can play 20 questions but the first 19 don't count" meaning the answer should be obvious where this cache is located :)
