Frewin's Walk Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Cluey Suey: After visiting this site on the weekend I found that the spot where the cache used to nest has in fact collapsed & disintegrated. Without another suitable hide at that same location this Cache has now been archived. Thanks for your interest in such a gorgeous part of the world.

Geocache Description:

Along a very popular bicennential walking track.

We jump on this walking track at Forster Main Beach making our way to Bennetts Head via Pebbly Beach and the historical The Tanks site. Both are great spots to watch the surf.

Frewin's Walk takes you through a bush regeneration program. Keep an eye out for the blue tongue lizzard.

You'll find the cache on the southern end of Frewin's Walk. The cache is a small white round cannister containing quite a few handmade trinkets to start it off.

It can be a high muggle area depending on the time of day and time of year.

The area is dog friendly.

Wheelchair access would be very easy by driving directly to the nearby carpark.

Once found continue on up to Bennetts Head lookout and further onto One Mile Beach if you wish.

This cache was hidden while we were on a family visit to the area. Locally based geo-family members are happy to maintain this site.
