Cacapon State Park
This cache is located near the Nature Center Shelter in beautiful Cacapon State Park near Berkeley Springs.
Cacapon Resort State Park encompasses over 6,000 acres. Over 20 miles of trails maintained for the hikers visiting the park. From a leisure walker to an avid hiker, Cacapon has a trail to suit you.
Nature Center
The Nature Center offers a variety of nature and recreation programs year-round. The programs are both educational and exciting, offering unique perspectives into the natural history of the area while offering a better understanding of flora, fauna, geology and other nature-based characteristics.
Nature Center programs are offered daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day and Tuesday through Saturday from September through May.
The Cache
The cache is located behind the Nature Center in the woods. There is plenty of parking nearby. The old cache was nearby, this is a brand new cache in a new location with a new cache container. Use great care in replacing the cache exactly as you found it. This cache can be seen without moving a thing. It is actually looking at YOU!
Park is open from 6am to 10pm. This cache was approved by the West Virginia Department of Natural Resources.
