Geocache Description:

This special cache is hidden in the Florida State University Panama City campus. Be aware of students while hunting.

The inception of "Blue Caches" were started by South Western Ohio Geocachers and this is where I got the idea. If you find this special cache, please try to supply it with things that are colored blue. UPDATE: Due to recent mugglings, this cache was moved to a new GZ. Keep it hidden from muggles to make it last.
