Įstras – upė Šiaurės Lietuvoje; Lėvens dešinysis intakas. Prasideda Panevėžio rajone, Žaliojoje girioje, į šiaurę nuo Paliūniškio. Teka pradžioje į pietvakarius, vėliau pasuka į šiaurę, keliskart kerta Via Baltica plentą. Dalis vidurupio ir žemupys patenka į Pasvalio rajoną. Įteka į Lėvenį į šiaurę nuo Talačkonių.Pagindinis intakas – Laidė (dešinysis). Aukštupis kanalizuotas. Slėnio plotis 40–70 km. Sausrų metu vietomis išdžiūsta.Svarbiausios gyvenvietės prie Įstro: Paįstrys, Gegužinė, Pumpėnai, Talkoniai, Kalnas, Talačkoniai.
