Geocache Description:

Park in Car Park above the ferry slipway and take the sign posted Ardentoul foot path off the car park. A short walk up the path will take you to the cache.

Lenny by the Ferry

The Glenachulish ferry boat is the last manually operated turntable ferry in Scotland and will take you over the sea to Skye but you can grab a quick cache before you sail. :) (Check the website for sailing times between April and October.)

If your lucky you might see a sea eagle or two (1 was spotted catching a salmon the morning i set this cache ) but otters and seals are usually regular visiters to this area. There is a wonderful otter sanctuary and view point that is worth a look, just off the ferry on the Skye side.

The cache is a fairly short walk up a moderate incline. The path is suitable for pushchairs etc and should take far enough away from the prying eyes of muggles. Small lock n lock containing a selection of swaps and FTF badge for the lucky 1st. Please replace rocks carefully to hide for next person :) WELL DONE Basiliskmyth FTF
